The company factory's have a total area of 160000 sq. fit and is situated in North Industrial site of Bhilwara. The company started its operations in 1997 and in 2017 it has a work force of 400+ dedicated employees. The factory runs 24/7 during the year to deliver goods according to our commitments. Total Manufacturing capacity in 2017 is 20 million meters of fabrics annually with capacity and technology being increased every year.

1 Picanol Rapier Looms (Weaving)

We are one of the Largest Manufacturer of Synthetic Fabrics on Brand New Picanol Double Width Rapier Optimax looms. All these machines are high speed looms and have a max width 142" (360cm). Also the company have Picanol Single Width Rapier Gamex Looms with width 86" (220cm) and both these models are directly imported from Belgium. For better weaving of Fabrics, we have New Prashant Gamatex Warping Machine for both Single and Double Looms. Annual production of this unit is approximately 6 Million Square Meter.

2 Sulzer Projectile Looms (Weaving)

Sulzer Projectile weaving machine is a shuttle less looms used to manufacture Synthetic and Cotton Fabrics. Currently the company have different looms model such as PU and P7100. Sulzer Double Width Looms have a width ranging from 130" to 153" (330cm to 390cm) and Sulzer Single Width looms have a width ranging from 73" to 85" (185cm to 215cm). Annual production of this unit is approximately 14 Million Square Meter. With different kind of looms, we have a comparative advantage in terms of flexibility of Yarn, Weave, Length, Width.

Sulzer Processors Pvt. Ltd. is a Sister Concern Company spread across 1 lakh Sq. ft. approx with latest technology such as Brand New 5 Motex Stenter Machine. The process house have a capacity of finishing 50 Million Meter of Fabric.
